Seniors Win the Compost for a Cookie Contest

The Compost for a Cookie Contest ended in late November with a surprise, come-from-behind victory on the part of the seniors.  9th graders emerged with a strong second place.  With a combined total of almost 200 pounds (half a ton!) of food waste brought in by students to HSAS by bus, subway, and otherwise, the HSAS community applauds all in the HSAS community that participated!   The compost will be used in the school garden this spring.  In the meantime, winners will get their cookies on Tuesday!
