The 2023 High School of American Studies girls’ tennis team arrived early to prepare for the Season. “We started back on August 21 and had the chance to have ten very intense practices. These practices play a huge role in coming together as a team,” said Head Coach Steve Schulman.
Seniors Sabrina Silbert and Jolie Futterman captain this year’s squad. Senior Felica Einhorn rounds out the seniors and will look to lock down one of the top singles spots on the squad. The Senators hope to build on last year’s outstanding Season, where we advanced to the PSAL “A” playoffs quarterfinals.
The Senators open at home this year against Stuyvesant on Wednesday, September 13.
