Naomi Redlener had a breakout performance, posting 17 points and 15 rebounds for a commanding double-double. Ophelia Clark-Wade added to the momentum with a strong 12-point night, helping the Senators control the game from start to finish.

The Boys Basketball team’s terrific season came to an exciting close on Friday after a hard-fought second-round playoff battle against Eleanor Roosevelt High School. While the playoff run ended there, the Senators showcased grit, teamwork, and heart all season long.
Earlier in the week, the Senators earned a thrilling first-round victory over McKinney School of the Arts, edging out a 51–48 win. Our seniors stepped up in a big way—Patrick Spencer led the scoring with 14 points, followed closely by Spiros Kapsokavdis with 13 points and Angel Mota with 12. Their leadership and determination set the tone for the entire squad.
The Senators wrapped up the year with nine wins and celebrated their second straight playoff appearance—a remarkable accomplishment that speaks to the team’s growing legacy.
A huge shout-out goes to Head Coach Mike Hamlett Sr. for his dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the team. His passion continues to inspire our athletes both on and off the court.
