The High School of American Studies boys tennis team delivered an unforgettable week, earning dramatic victories over two tough Brooklyn opponents in a pair of nail-biting 3–2 matches!

The excitement began with a challenging road trip to Bay Ridge to face Fort Hamilton High School. With the match tied 2–2 and everything resting on the final court, seniors Ezra Dipietra and Isaac Gladden rose to the occasion. The duo battled their way to a clutch 8–5 win, securing a thrilling team victory for the Senators. York Douglas also came through with a crucial singles win that helped set the stage for the dramatic finish.

In front of a loud and supportive crowd, Vanya Sanbonmatsu-Fry and Daniel Brindle-Khym delivered an unforgettable performance. In an epic battle that went down to the wire, the pair pulled out an incredible 11–10 tiebreak victory, sending the fans into celebration and lifting the Senators to yet another dramatic 3–2 triumph!

With the back-to-back wins, the Senators improve to 4–2 in the highly competitive PSAL 2A Division.
