The members of our Black Student Union and some of the students in our AP African American Studies classes recently organized a teach-in to celebrate Black History Month. Students made presentations on topics such as the history of the Black Panther Party, Jamaican culture, and Billy Holiday. Then, everyone enjoyed a few treats, compliments of our PTA. Congratulations to the BSU for planning a fantastic afternoon.
